About Us
Maua is the Swahili word for flower.
We are a registered Swedish economic association formed in Mbale, Uganda in 2008, when two of its founding members were there to work on a project in order to develop two local sports organizations. We are committed to improve the living conditions of the people in the Mooni slum area, situated at the foothills of the Wanale Mountain in Eastern Uganda. read more
